LIVING SINGING
- medicine music -
Living Singing - medicine music is a sound therapy that can be done individually or for small groups. I open myself to channel the sound that people need to receive in the moment, in a lively, creative, spontaneous way.
This work is done with all chakras, so that all energy centers receive music as medicine. There may be healing and shamanic chants that I collected along my path, or totally improvised sounds, created at that moment. These sounds match the frequency, vibration, color and element of each chakra, creating a totally different ambience for each energy center.
Each chakra is connected to an area in our lives, so when we work with them we can feel how is going each of these areas

THIRD EYE CHAKRA (Color: Indigo / Element: Light / Mantra: Om ) - Vision, Intuition, Awareness

Sounds heal, align, energize. I use my Voice, Tuning Forks and Shamanic/Healing instruments for this and Reiki, Kinesiology and Aromatherapy add to the process in a unique way.
It's an authorial work, fruit of years of effort to put together my therapeutic and artistic gifts.

More about Chakras and Sound Healing
Chakras are vortices of energy that serve as the main points of our life force, and their condition is paramount to how we feel. They affect the nerves and major organs, as well as our emotional and spiritual state. The word "chakra" in Sanskrit translates to "wheel" or "disc", and refers to these wheels of energy throughout the mind-body system.
Ideally, all of our chakra frequencies would be in balance all the time, but this is rarely the case. We are frequently unbalanced for internal and external reasons, and we could say that our whole life is a journey to find more balance and integrity for ourselves.
As we are a whole interconnected system, our psychological imbalances affect our body, emotions and chakra frequencies, the same way as an illness in our body affects our psychological state, chakras etc. To be even more precise, we should say that everything happens together, one part reflecting the other, as this kind of logical and dual perspective that tries to find where something began doesn't correspond to the unified way how the Universe works. That's why when we work on a Chakra we are also working on the psychological, physical, spiritual aspects connected to that chakra.
We have some ways of balancing and aligning a Chakra: Reiki, Yoga Asanas, Breathing, Tuning Forks and Sound Healing.
Everything has a certain frequency at which it vibrates. This is known as an object's resonant frequency. When sound or light waves, which have their own resonant frequency, hit an object, it will lead to harmonic resonance if that frequency corresponds to the resonant frequency of the object. When that happens, they are tuned to one another, and both of them will sync together.
Each chakra has its frequency of vibration, sound, color, and symbol to which it is tuned. When it is balanced, cleansed, and energized, then the chakra is in harmony and plays its most beautiful melody, emitting inherent vibrations. The same way that chaotic sounds, disharmonious music or repetitive disturbing sounds of construction works can affect these chakra frequencies and ruin the harmony, things like certain people's voices, beautiful music, positive mantras, and the vibrational energy of colors and precious stones can help to bring our chakra frequencies back into harmonic resonance.
Music has been called many things – the universal language, a great healer, a reflection of the divine. While there’s little doubt about the power of music, research now shows us just how powerful it can be. Every culture has found the importance of creating and listening to music. Even Hippocrates believed music was deeply intertwined with the medical arts. Scientific evidence suggests that music can have a profound effect on individuals – from helping improve the recovery of motor and cognitive function in stroke patients, reducing symptoms of depression in patients suffering from dementia, even helping patients undergoing surgery to experience less pain and heal faster. Music helps reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure and cortisol in the body. It eases anxiety and can help improve mood.
